I undersigned B&B ANTICO PÒRTEGO, in the person of its owner/manager Mrs. Cicci Annalisa, residing in.Venezia.Cannaregio 1414/a, according to the art. n. 13 of the Law Decree 30.06.2003 n. 196, inform you that your personal data in our possession as a guest of this structure will be treated in the following way and with the following aims:
- Aims that are strictly necessary for carrying out the obligations necessary for fulfilling the contract (providing of the services that this structure offers). Any refusal to give this information would mean not being able to provide the services of boarding/lodging.
The use of the data can be through the use of manual, informatic and telematic instruments by this accomodation structure. This data can also be used in circumstances completely under control in so much as they may be sent to the Court authorities, to the police authorities, the statistics office (ISTAT), the Tourist Board (Enit) and whatever other public or private authority when so much is necessary by law.Regarding the treatment of the guest's data by this structure, the person involved has the right, according to to art. 7 of the Law Decree n. 196/2003, to obtain from the owner/manager of the structure: confirmation of their existence, comunication about them in a form that is understandable and the source from which they were obtained: that they get cancelled or transformed into an anonymous form within a reasonable time; their revision, their correction or, if in the guest's interest, their integration.
Your data could be used for comunications by electronic post, letter or phone for:
- publicity/commercial/promotional purposes about the services and products offered by this B&B
- promotional activities and commercial information on products and/or services of third parties selected by the B&B or Boarding House limited to those strictly related to the service provided
